Hyperacidity is also known as gastritis or acid reflux. It is the inflammation of the stomach’s lining that usually caused by a bacterial infection or other lifestyle habits like alcohol consumption. Sleeping right after eating is a No-No! It means that your body doesn’t get a chance to burn the calories. Standing up or sitting is advisable since gravity alone helps the acid stay in the stomach where it belongs.
These are just the most common things that we need to do to fight hyperacidity. If your condition is not getting better after following these, then you have to check with your doctor. Many underlying diseases that may cause this discomfort that needed to address directly and get medication that will cure the disease.
