Being angry throughout your day can greatly affect you and the people all around you. The negativity will be with you and most likely be irritated to every little thing. Expressing your anger through tensions of your body is an effective way to get that anger out. It makes your body ready to fight all those negativities or the feeling of revenge for the reason you are angry about it. You may go to the gym, run a few laps, any forms of exercise will do even jumping ropes!

Because of your anger, you can take it to anything you will see. Give a short meditation time to yourself. Close your eyes for a minute and take a deep breath. Wait until you feel all the tension in your body

Anger is a tiring emotion. Believe it or not, it does take its toll on the body. A good way to respond with this emotion is by drinking some fresh cold water. Not only you will be rehydrated, but you will also be aware of how much you become angry in a short span of time. This will alarm you and will want to lessen your angry response.
Sleep it out
One way to avoid being angry is to sleep it out. Instead of venting it to other people or other unlucky moments, sleeping it through might be the solution. Plus, you will not overthink.

This can be in many forms depending on your humor. If you love pets, watch a funny video of cats or dogs. Read memes and watch funny short videos that will make you forget that you were angry. This actually works if you pick the best video for you.
