You need to climb the 249 concrete steps and while doing that you’ll feel the nature because of tall trees around and when you reach the foot of the falls and see many cottages.

Who told you that you can only find the windmill in Ilocos? Actually, you do not need to travel that far, we have it here in Pililla, Rizal. Very nice to take pictures, but highly advisable to go there late in the afternoon because it’s very hot during noontime.
